Q: Can I talk to someone to get help
?
A: Yes you can call our Help line on 0844 544 9303, if you don’t get an immediate answer please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. (Operating times 9am – 7pm)
Q: What Staking Plan Do You Use?
A: A 5% Ratchet Staking Plan, that works as follows:

Firstly you should have calculated your betting bank (This is personal to you)
For this example I will use £1000.
So your first win bet will be 1000 x 5% = £50 This remains at £50 until your bank increases with winnings.
—In other words you only recalculate your stake once your betting bank goes over £1000.
Lets say the first bet wins at 2/1, your new bank will be: 50 x 2 = 100 + 1000 = £1100
So your next win bet will be 1100 x 5% = £55
If you then get a couple of losers, remember that the stake stays at £55 until enough winners come in to increase your betting bank to over £1100 this time. The only time the stake decreases is when you take profits from your betting bank.
New members are strongly advised to start at 2.5% until they have doubled their bank and withdrawn their original investment. ONLY then graudally increase percentage taking profits out along the way. The 5% is a maximum and only should be used when a reserve bank is in place built up from profits.
Q: How do I get selections?
A: Selections are automatically sent via email to address supplied, daily before 12pm at the latest. Also a sms text message is sent to your mobile number you supplied (if you have opted for our sms text service) at the same time.
(ATOM Selections are sent out the day/night before racing, via email)
Q: How many selections are there and what percentage is correct?
A: On average there are one to two selections a day dependant on racing. We are currently averaging a wining strike rate of over 50% and don’t expect that to change.
Q: I’ve changed my email address or mobile number.
A: Please send an email from your old address as soon as possible informing us of the changes. Or log into the members area, where you can make changes.
Q: How much am I going to win on average?
A: This does depend on the amount of money you place on selections and the price you take. We do recommend that for the best long term return to place your bets at early prices using bookmakers that offer best odds guaranteed.
Q: Are there any Guarantees?
A: There are no guarantees that future performance will be like past performance. However due to the amount of time and experience we do not expect a change in the future.
Q: Do I take early price or SP?
A: Historically it is much better to take the early current trading price.
The bookmakers are aware of us and a very high percentage will shorten very quickly in price. You will still make money at starting price, but you will make a lot more taking an early price using best odds guaranteed.
Q: How can I cancel my membership.
A: You can cancel your membership at any time, but simply stopping payments from your account.
Q: Do you proof your selections?
A: Yes we do, but please remember that results are only show at starting price. Not the early price, where we gain most of our profit. Currently we proof to ‘racing-index’.
