The odds are in their favor. Over all they are going to come out ahead so why would they want to start treating their customers so poorly. It will only hurt them in the long run. Word spreads quick when a bookie starts acting funny. With bettors having so many options out there there is no need for them to stick with just one bookie. Only treating the customer good and with respect would make somone stick around. And that is how it should be.
